I am a Chartered Surveyor and Director of a niche practice specialising in Leasehold Reform work (residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisement) in Bournemouth & Poole, London and Southern England. 
My career began in Taylor Woodrow Property Co and much of my early career was spent in commercial and residential development latterly as a Development Director with Tilbury Developments Ltd. 
I also have a wealth of experience in a range of property consultancy matters in both the private and public sectors.

My main remit manage building contracts/procurement and setting strategic direction.
